Terms and Conditions for Individual Charters 

 

Definitions 

The parties to this agreement are the "Client" (the individual or entity requesting the charter service) and Dream Flights International, Inc. (the company providing the service)

 

General 

This charter quote is aircraft specific; should the need arise to change aircrafts cost may vary accordingly. Client shall be informed of any such change prior to flight and the amount of additional cost, if any. The quote is based upon aircraft and crew availability and is valid for 7 days. Upon acceptance of terms and conditions listed herein, this document becomes a legal and binding contract between the two parties.

 

Prices, Payments and Cancellation 

All prices quoted herein are accurate on the date quoted, and are subject to change without notice, and are valid for 7 days. Full payment is due 72 hours prior to the date of service by electronic transmittal. All cancellations must be submitted to Dream Flights International, Inc. in writing no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. If the trip is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, Client will pay a cancellation fee equal to the greater 25% of the quoted trip cost or two hours of flight time at the current retail charter rate for aircraft quoted, plus any and all cost incurred by Dream Flights International, Inc. on behalf of Client prior to the cancellation. If the trip is cancelled with less than 12 hours notice, or in the event the Client does not show up for the trip, Client will pay a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the quoted cost or 2 hours of flight time at the current retail charter rate for the aircraft quoted, plus any and all cost incurred by Dream Flights International, Inc. on behalf of Client prior to cancellation.

 

Documentation 

Photo ID's are required prior to flights; any required official travel documentation (passports, visas, etc) is the responsibility of each passenger.

 

Itinerary Changes and Transmittal of Changes 

Itinerary changes are permitted but subject to aircraft and crew availability and are subject to price adjustment. Notification of changes and/or cancellations must be in writing and transmitted by e-mail to info@flydflt.com , within the cancellation time frame listed above.

 

Responsibility 

Dream Flights International, Inc. shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, indirect, special or consequential damages, or other irregularity caused by the defect of any vehicle or conveyance, or the negligence of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or carrying out the arrangements for your trip or by accident, delay, flight schedule change, cancellation, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine, or any similar cause. Our liability shall in any case be limited to the amount paid to us, and any claim shall be adjudicated in and governed by the laws of the state of Texas

 

Partial Completion of Flights 

Dream Flights International, Inc. is not liable for the expense incurred for replacement transportation in the case of mechanicals (in such causes our charges apply only on the portion of flight completed). If a flight does not reach it's destination due to weather, charges apply to any destination reached and return flight of the aircraft and crew (with or without passengers) to home base. In the case of mechanicals, Dream Flights International, Inc. at its option provides substitute transportation, which shall be charged at an additional fee to Client. In such cases Dream Flights International, Inc.'s original charges apply on portions of flight completed.

 

Operational 

Aircraft utilized by Dream Flights International, Inc. are operated under FAA Part 135 Air Carrier of a second party, in which case Client shall hold harmless and shall indemnify Dream Flights International, Inc. against any and all losses.

 

Terms and Conditions for Events

Deposit and Payment

 

  • A 50% person non-refundable deposit is due 14 days prior to reservation

  • All group of ten or more travelers require a 50% non-refundable deposit within 21 days of reservation

  • For groups of ten or more travelers final payment is due 45 days prior to departure

  • Final non-refundable payment is due 30 days prior to commencement of all packages

  • For reservations made within 45 days prior to commencement of event, full payment is due with in 21 days Payment is accepted by company bank to bank wire transfer

 

Cancellation and Refunds

  • All deposits and final payments are non-refundable

  • No refunds will be given for any unused portion or components of the package

  • Group booking deposits are not transferable toward payment of the final group balance due, should group decrease in size

  • If final payment has not been received by due date, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation and retain all payments

  • A $100 per person fee will be assessed for any name changes, once travel documents have been issued

 

Tickets to Events 

  • Unless other wise stated in writing, all event tickets will be issued the day before or on the day of the event.

  • If event tickets are required prior to that time and we can fulfill customer's request, a surcharge of $100 will be assessed

  • Unless otherwise stated, tickets to events will be issued in pairs of two

  • Odd numbers of tickets together and/or tickets in specific rows, sections, or team fan areas of the venue, cannot be guaranteed

  • All upgraded tickets are guaranteed to be equal or better than contracted for, or a refund of the difference in cost, to the next lower priced upgrade will be made

  • Dream Flights International™, Inc is not responsible for the theft, loss, delay, destruction or misplacement of any tickets that are mailed, express delivered, left at will-call, or any location other than specified in the Terms and Conditions section and in trip documents

  • Should any event be cancelled, Dream Flights International™ will refund on the face value of the event ticket(s)

 

Disclaimer and Notices 

Dream Flights International™, Inc. is acting as in independent intermediary for suppliers of goods and services, which are not directly supplied by this company, such as private jet transportation, motor/coach/shuttle/limo transportation, rental cars, hotel accommodations, meals, tours and event tickets. Dream Flights International™, Inc. shall not be responsible for actions, errors, omissions or negligence on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, injury or death to you, your travel companions or group members. Dream Flights International™ shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, injury or death to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, or any other action, omission, error, condition or negligence outside of our control. Dream Flights International™, Inc. reserves the right to substitute hotels of equal status, alter itineraries, substitute class of private jet, change of flight times and upgrade or downgrade event tickets. In the event of cancellation or postponement of a certain event, Dream Flights International™, Inc. shall not be responsible for accommodations or transportation beyond the scheduled date of a certain event. Dream Flights International™, Inc. also reserve the right to cancel any reservations and remit a full refund to the cancelled party. Rates are subject to change without notice and packages and event tickets are subject to availability. Travel documents are delivered Federal Express, seven to ten days prior to event. By embarking upon travel, the traveler(s) voluntarily assumes all risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Travel and Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended. Your booking shall constitute consent to the above agreement for yourself, companions, ,or on behalf of your clients or group members. The client, by engaging Dream Flights International™, Inc., acknowledges these conditions and agrees to hold the company blameless in making the arrangements on his behalf, and agrees that restitution or damages, if any are claimed, shall be sought directly from individual suppliers for packages and events. The client also agrees to the terms and conditions of the packages and events, as set forth by the suppliers to Dream Flights International™, Inc. Payment of deposit and/or full payment shall constitute additional and further consent to all provisions set forth and stated herein.

Operators providing service for Dream Flights International™ clients must meet standards of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in addition to safety requirements set forth by Wyvern and/or ARG/US, the leading 3rd party safety auditing firms in the United States of America. Dream Flights International™ does not manage or operate aircraft on behalf of our clients. Aircraft are comparable to the US fractional fleet with an average age of 6 years or less.
