DFI aligns requirements, timing, provider communication, and handoffs within the agreed scope. Independent providers remain responsible for their operations.

What is Authority Access?

Authority Access establishes a continuing relationship with DFI for private mobility preparation and coordination. Its five positions—Entry, Elevated, Continuity, Sovereign, and Ascension—provide different structures for access and continuity, with benefits defined by the applicable agreement.

How does DFI differ from a charter broker, concierge, or jet card?

DFI’s scope extends across the whole movement. Alongside arranging individual services, DFI aligns the aircraft, ground transportation, sea access, and stay around a shared plan. Authority Access provides the continuing relationship through which that preparation occurs.

What does DFI govern, and what remains each provider’s responsibility?

DFI governs the preparation and coordination within its agreed scope: requirements, provider communication, transitions, changes, and escalation. Each independent provider retains responsibility for its own operations. DFI’s role and obligations are defined in the applicable agreements.

Who operates the aircraft and holds operational control?

Flights arranged through DFI are operated by independent, appropriately certificated air carriers. The operating carrier retains operational control, including decisions concerning crew, aircraft operation, and flight safety. DFI coordinates the requested movement with the carrier.

Who is Authority Access designed for?

Authority Access serves individuals, families, executives, and organizations whose movement benefits from advance preparation and continuity. DFI also works with their authorized representatives, including family office professionals, chiefs of staff, executive assistants, and business managers.

Do I need to fly frequently to benefit from Authority Access?

Frequency is one consideration. Complexity, timing, privacy requirements, and the number of people or services involved also matter. An occasional movement may require substantial preparation; recurring travel may benefit from an established understanding of preferences and responsibilities.

What do lifetime access and nonexpiring flight hours mean?

Entry and Elevated establish lifetime Authority Access designations with no annual membership dues. Elevated’s villa equity position has a separate selected duration of 12, 24, or 30 years.

For Continuity and Sovereign, allocated flight hours never expire; unused hours remain available until used. Members can apply their capacity as their needs arise without an annual use deadline.

Specific benefits and participation conditions are defined in the applicable position schedule and governing agreement.

Can Dream Flights International coordinate private flights, ground transport, yachts, and accommodations?
