What DFI coordinates

Who Coordinates the Handoffs Between Private Flights, Chauffeurs, Yachts, and Accommodations?

Dream Flights International (DFI) is a Private Mobility Access Authority coordinating private flights, chauffeur services, yacht access, and private accommodations through one prepared relationship. Authority Access establishes the continuing DFI relationship for that preparation and coordination.

A confirmed flight does not confirm a ready chauffeur, accessible marina, or prepared residence. DFI aligns requirements, timing, provider communication, and handoffs across the agreed assignment.

What DFI coordinates

Air
Mission requirements, aircraft arrangements, departure timing, and arrival handoffs.
Ground
Vehicle suitability, chauffeur readiness, meeting instructions, and destination access.
Sea
Vessel requirements, marina access, embarkation timing, and connecting transfers.
Stay
Property requirements, arrival readiness, check-in instructions, and access.

The scope follows the assignment. Not every journey requires all four services.

Coordination for family offices and executive teams

DFI works with family offices, executives, families, and authorized representatives to align provider instructions and changes across the journey through one prepared relationship.

Who remains responsible?

Independent providers retain responsibility for their operations. Aircraft operators retain flight operational control. Transportation providers operate vehicles, captains govern vessel operations, and property providers manage accommodations.

DFI governs preparation and coordination within its agreed scope, including communicating requirements, confirming handoffs, and escalating changes to the authorized decision-maker.

When one change affects the whole journey

Illustrative scenario: A private flight is delayed two hours. Chauffeur pickup, yacht embarkation, and residence arrival may all need adjustment.

DFI coordinates revised arrangements with affected providers, identifies what remains pending, and seeks authorization where required. Alternatives depend on availability and applicable terms.

Five questions before departure

  1. Does every provider have the current itinerary?
  2. Are meeting points and access instructions confirmed?
  3. Have passenger and luggage requirements been communicated?
  4. Who confirms readiness at each handoff?
  5. Who communicates changes and approves alternatives?
