The Governance Question
The condition surrounding responsibility
Movement can preserve executive capacity or quietly consume it.
Private aviation can improve how an executive moves between locations. It does not, by itself, govern the complete environment surrounding the movement.
Ground transitions, lodging readiness, schedule compression, privacy exposure, fragmented communications, disrupted routines, and unplanned itinerary changes can each affect the principal’s condition upon arrival. When these elements are treated as separate reservations, no single authority is responsible for their combined effect on the mission.
Executive Mobility Science examines that combined effect. It considers movement not merely as transportation, but as an operating condition with consequences for leadership continuity and institutional performance.
